Membership Application
How to become a member at Mona Vale Golf Club
To apply for membership at Mona Vale Golf Club please select the membership category you wish to join then click on the “Preview Quote” button that is located at the bottom of the screen. The selected membership category will be outlined in blue.
Once you have reviewed and accepted your Quote please complete all application fields marked as “Required”, tick the Terms and Conditions and reCAPTCHA box, review and then confirm your application. You will be directed to a payment portal to securely pay for either your membership deposit or for your Social Membership.
APPLICATION PROCESS
All applications for playing categories of membership are placed on our approvals list for a minimum of 14 days before they can be reviewed and approved for intake by our Board. Membership approvals take place during our monthly Board Meetings, after which we will contact applicants to update them on their status.
Due to high demand, our 7-Day, 6-Day Men, Intermediate, and Junior categories are currently at capacity. While applications for these categories will still be reviewed and approved at Board Meetings, they will not be accepted for intake until a spot becomes available. Applicants will remain on our waitlist, with intake priority determined by the date their membership deposit was received.
Social Memberships are provisionally processed upon application and approved at the next Board Meeting without further notice, unless the application is deined.
